Please read these Terms carefully before using NOWaiT. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use NOWaiT.
NOWaiT is a software-as-a-service platform operated by Top Performer LLC, a Florida limited liability company, located in Jacksonville, Florida. NOWaiT provides AI-powered local SEO optimization, review management, voice AI agents, scheduling tools, and content generation services for appointment-based businesses ("Services").
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into contracts on behalf of your business. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@nowait.club if you suspect unauthorized access.
NOWaiT is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Current plans are Starter ($297/month), Growth ($397/month), and Dominate ($497/month), plus applicable taxes. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support@nowait.club.
You retain ownership of all data, content, and information you provide. AI-generated content is provided for your review and approval — you are solely responsible for reviewing and publishing it. NOWaiT makes no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate or compliant with regulations in your jurisdiction.
NOWaiT is designed to assist with marketing and operational functions, not to store or process Protected Health Information (PHI). Do not upload PHI to NOWaiT. If your use requires a BAA, contact legal@nowait.club.
Voice AI features are provided through integration with third-party platforms. Call recordings and transcripts are stored securely and accessible only to your account. By enabling Voice AI, you represent that you will disclose to callers that they are speaking with an AI assistant, as required by applicable law. Two-party consent states require explicit disclosure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Top Performer LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Duval County, Florida courts.
